Can I ride without a reservation?

If there are seats available, you can board on the day of travel. However, please note that we recommend booking your date and time in advance, as we may not be able to accommodate you if the bus is full.

Cancellations made retroactively from the day before the start of the trip: Free of charge up to two days before the start of the trip; 50% of the travel fee for cancellations made the day before the start of the trip (24 hours before departure); 100% of the travel fee for cancellations made on the day of the trip; 100% of the travel fee for no-shows without prior notice; 100% of the travel fee for cancellations made after the start of the trip.

I'm bringing a toddler; will there be a child's fare?

Unless otherwise specified, child rates apply to children aged 6 to under 12 years old.
Children under 6 years old can ride for free, but a seat will not be provided.
If you require a bus seat for a child under 6 years old, please make your reservation at the child fare.

Is it possible to participate in a wheelchair?

There are several steps at the bus entrance/exit. Also, some facilities are not wheelchair accessible.
*Manual folding wheelchairs will be stored in the trunk during the bus journey. Depending on the size, they may not fit in the trunk.

Are the bus seats assigned?

*Seats are reserved. Your seat number will be determined at the ticket counter when you receive your reserved seat ticket.
*We do not accept seat requests from customers.
*For groups of 3 or more, seats may be arranged in front of or behind each other.
*If you make a reservation for an odd number of people, you may be seated with other guests.

Where should I contact if I need to make changes or cancellations?

To cancel an online reservation, you can do so from the "Reservation Confirmation Screen" if a cancellation button is displayed. (Some conditions apply.)

Can I leave my large luggage with them? (e.g., carry-on bags, suitcases, strollers)

Large luggage such as carry-on bags and strollers can be loaded into the bus's trunk or other storage area during your trip.
Please do not hesitate to inform the crew when you board the bus on the day of your trip. Also, please keep your valuables with you.

Regarding bringing animals into the vehicle

As a general rule, we do not allow animals on board our vehicles, with the exception of guide dogs and service dogs. (We ask for your understanding, as some passengers may be uncomfortable around animals or have allergies.)

There are no restrooms on board. Please use the facilities at each stop where you disembark for sightseeing.

Can I drop out of the tour midway through the course?

You may leave the tour at your designated sightseeing destination. However, please note that fares and entrance fees will not be refunded after you leave the tour. If you wish to leave the tour, please inform the crew on the day of your departure.

A medium-sized taxi is used for up to 4 passengers, and a jumbo taxi for up to 9 passengers.

There are no entrance fees or meal costs. However, please note that entrance fees will be required if you wish to be accompanied at tourist destinations.

Toll road fees and, in the case of overnight stays, accommodation and meals for the crew at the lodging facility will be charged separately. Fuel costs are included in the bus fare.

Can you dispatch a vehicle to any location?

Our service area is Kagawa Prefecture. We can accept orders if either the departure or arrival point is within the above-mentioned region.

How can I pay for the bus fare?

Please transfer the fare and fees to the designated account in advance. You can also pay in cash on the day of travel.

What are the cancellation fees if I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation fees will apply starting 14 days prior to the scheduled date of use.
According to Article 15 of the Chartered Bus Transportation Terms and Conditions, a 20% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 14 to 8 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a 30% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date up to 24 hours prior, a 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made the day before, and a 100% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made on the day of departure.

If traffic causes delays beyond the scheduled time, will the fare change?

If the tour follows the route (itinerary) as booked, no additional fare will be charged due to delays.
